“How is the market?” Isn’t that a question you hear a lot? Whether you are an agent or just like talking about real estate in California, this is a common question. See below for an update on California, Ventura County and the city of Camarillo using data from the last few years. Real Estate in California has being driven by two things for the last year or so:
- Low inventory. There is simply a shortage of homes for sale all across the state. This means it is still a seller’s market. If you are considering selling, NOW is a great time– see the data below that shows that there isn’t enough homes for sale for the number of buyers.
- High demand. There are also many buyers who want to buy homes. Despite rising home prices people still need a place to live and the data shows they are willing to pay.
