Is there a shift in the market or is it business as usual? The statistics of the current market are pretty clear. In fact, the market in the last 6 years has been very regular indicating there is a seasonal market shift. Winter tends to take a dip in the number of homes for sale, sold and pended. Spring has a sharp upturn. Summer has the peak and fall all have a particular type of market. Camarillo had a pretty extreme spike of homes for sale with the number climbing daily.
