Ventura County March Update
As you can see from the above graph, Camarillo and Ventura County is still in a clear seller’s market. There was a rise in the number of single family homes on the market in February but only a few homes sold in the last couple of months. What does this mean?
- When you are making an offer on a home its important to recognize what the market is telling you to plan your purchase price accordingly in order to get accepted.
- Since there are a low number of homes available, this may be a good time for you to sell to receive a very good price for your home.
