Below you will see that there are more homes FOR SALE now than there have been in the last two years. Sales are steady but with a slight drop. This means home owners are understanding that home prices are still high and they can make the most money selling their home. The question is, however, when will this end? As of the writing of this blog, homes that are highly priced are STILL BEING BOUGHT. There are some home reductions but there is no drastic indication that home buyers are unable to afford these homes. See for yourself below. The bottom line is, selling is still a GOOD IDEA.
